Company is very deceitful. There is no way of contacting them. They will over charge your account. Very frustrating. Never renting from them again!!Answer the phone when we call!!!

they guy who checked me in was the besttttt forgot his name unfortunately so positive welcoming friendly also I was running late checking out and the guy who checked me out was also the best! I was so nervous and in a hurry and he really helped

Car was nice, staff was nice. Pickup was okay. Drop off was good. Rate was good.Helpful staff, but the super sneaky and difficult policies really make me never want to rent from this place again. Spirit changed my flight and I had to pay a rebooking fee just to change a couple hours over. It left a bad taste in my mouth. I really didn't enjoy dealing with the whole ordeal. I have to drop off exactly where I picked up otherwise... you guessed it... a fee. Car was not that clean and the handles for seat adjustment were sticky. Gross. If you are fine dealing with a little hassle or potential disappointment for a decent rate, this might be a good fit.

Staff was warm and helpful.Car was a bit banged-up, but nothing impactful. Their computer system however would not accept my driver's license. Luckily it would my husband's, or we would have had a real problem.

NothingThey did not have any SUVs secondary to a system error and did not tell us about the error until we arrived and offered zero compensation. When we tried to call the company it is set up not to talk to a person. Very frustrating

The car was comfortable and a great value.It is challenging to travel these days due to concerns about COVID and Sixt employees didn't help. When I picked up the car, I was asked to wait outside to maintain social distancing, which I understand, but it was said rudely and when a second customer arrived, that customer wasn't asked to wait outside, which I don't understand. In the meantime, one employee behind the counter was eating and another person, coughing. The staff tried to sell me additional insurance with a story about what would happen if the rental broke down while on the road, even after I let them know that I had already purchased additional insurance through Kayak. The car itself wasn't as clean as I expected, even though the website said that there were enhanced cleaning procedures. It smelled like a sandwich and I found crushed chips and a straw under the passenger side seat. Again, not very comforting in the middle of a pandemic. When I returned the car, the employee behind the counter barely glanced up from his phone and asked whether the gas tank was full, even though I received the car with 3/4 of a tank. There was no inspection or anything so fingers crossed everything went well—not a very reassuring drop off. I really liked driving the car but everything else about this experience was not so enjoyable.

Nothing.Everything. That location needs a complete overhaul. You guys are very inconcerderated of peoples time. I won't come back and I'll never refer anyone. This location/company lacks professionalism greatly.

NothingI was charged a young renters fee after being told there was none. Paid $100 and ended up having to pay $300 more when I got there

Had the car that I asked and paid for available when I got to the pickup place. Instead of me going all over Atlanta to get a MINIVAN!!
