Nice and peaceful location in the nature, smooth communication with the property, kind reception staff
Standard room was very small, bathroom door didn't close. Price-quality could be a bit better. Walls don't block any noise, all neighbors can be heard.
- very nice breakfast with fresh squeezed orange juice - amazing location by the forest and nice 20 min walk to the sea through the dunes - second trial for check in was very nice and the young receptionist lady was super helpful (unlike the previous one) - very clean
- when arrived at 13:00 (1h before the official check in) we wanted to see if we can check in earlier. The red head receptionist lady looked at us like we are some aliens and she was extremely awkward. She was surprised we are asking to check in like it is never a case in the hotel and she barely could have any dialog with us making mostly an awkward silence. In return we found out rooms are not ready yet (without her even checking it). It was unpleasant experience. - very soft bed mattress (too soft for us) - restaurant kitchen open till 9:00 p.m. only - I think the hotel is charging too much for the rooms standards it offers
Nice hotel situated in a quiet location near the dunes/forest. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Breakfast was very nice with sufficient options. Check-in and check-out went very smooth. Plenty of space available for parking both bikes and cars (in our case bikes).
The rooms were ok and the beds seemed a bit hard and sturdy and were in my opinion not that comfortable. Also noise of neighbouring rooms can be heard (not extreme though) and the self-closing doors of rooms could be heard throughout floor.
