Pros (+) Buffet food was poor, room dated but, clean enough for a group of guys. Staff was nice.

Pros (+) Very clean. Comfortable and attractive rooms. Breakfast was decent and staff were friendly and helpful.
Cons (-) Neighborhood a little "edgy" but there were no problems and it was very convenient to the expressway and to my seminar.
