Staff are really friendly and helpful. The breakfast is amazing!
Absolutely amazing place, decoration, location, staff, food and room were far better than we expected. Would recommend this hotel and would love to come back one day!
Only misses to have an indoor pool
Location is great. Family suite is huge and very convenient. Amazing breakfast. The staff is always ready and attentive. Super recommended!
historical background and significance, rich in culture and tradition.
lighting in certain sections, eg alleys, are overly subdued.
The property is an historical site and well-located. There are some nice amenities but it is a bit pricey for the value.
My brother and I were traveling together and we were placed in an exterior room that was uncomfortably warm the entire night with no ability to turn on a fan or air conditioning. We had to open the window to cool off and the noise from the street kept us awake. Also I was offered a coupon to use in the spa, but the spa was so booked that we could not use the coupon. The staff were helpful and friendly though and perhaps visitors should request an interior room which would be more comfortable and quiet.
