Summary of reviews
Guests say
Most guests appreciated the hotel's central location and the quality of the breakfast, which were consistently highlighted as positives. However, many reviews noted issues with cleanliness, such as old linens, unpleasant odors, and poorly maintained bathrooms. Service received mixed feedback, with some guests complimenting the reception staff while others reported unprofessional or unfriendly experiences. The hotel facilities and rooms were frequently described as outdated and in need of renovation, and some guests mentioned problems with parking and amenities. Overall, while the location and breakfast stand out, improvements are needed in cleanliness and maintenance.AI-generated from customer reviews
