4,0 Okay
Pros: Nothing really, it was more basic than a stay at a $30.00 a night motel.
Cons: Outer Doors did not work properly, fridge didn’t not open , coffee maker did not work, took 15 min for hot water. Had to ask for towels three times.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Front desk was very nice and helpful
Cons: Hotel room was very hot/warm at one point but they came and changed the filter so it became alot cooler.
8,5 Excellent
Pros: Close to convention center.
Cons: Signs for constructions/ renovation
3,0 Mediocre
Pros: The staff we spoke with were extremely helpful and hospitable.
Cons: Nothing was open yet we still were charged full price. It was our honeymoon and we weren’t able to go to the pool or even order room service. Our room wasn’t cleaned at all during our time there and we had nowhere throw our trash out so our room smelled pretty rank after our first evening and, it not being serviced at all, maintained that smell for the entirety of our visit. This was a terrible experience for the price we paid.
5,0 Okay
Pros: Location was great.
Cons: Rooms were old and worn down. Tons of construction made it very inconvenient and dusty. The pool was also very old.

5,0 Okay
Pros: The room was fairly clean, the bathroom not so much.
Cons: I was told to be up at 5 am for the shuttle to the airport even tho my flight was not until 7:30. I set my alarm, got up super early, and was told that morning, "no, don't worry about it, that is too early to leave ..." Seriously? Also, there was very much noise in the hall/path outside my room. There was a homeless woman outside my door the entire night. The hotel does not make it CLEAR that this is a non smoking facility; therefore, I had to run into the homeless woman in the dark of night to have a cigarette. Gee, thanks. Another thing, as I was on the phone with the desk confirming the shuttle that morning, I asked will the side door be unlocked as I have two suitcases etc, they said " yes, no problem"...I get to the side door with my bags, and yep there is the homeless lady again...the door is locked. I see people at the front desk and I make eye contact and knock but they ignore me. I have to schlep my bags down the stairs around the corner, thru the front parking area to the door. I would not recommend this hotel. I did not have a pleasant experience at all.

Pros: A modest property, very clean, sufficient parking. A reasonable value in Silicon Valley.
Cons: The property is very spare: no carpeting in the rooms, some rooms require using stairs (not all have elevator access), housekeeping is uneven (sometimes took used towels but did not replace them), weak Wi-Fi signal in some locations.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: I had to stay there because I was working a early morning shift from midnight-8am and needed a place to sleep the day before and the blackout curtains in the room made it feel like it was night time that made me sleep very well
Cons: The construction that was going on made parking a nightmare

Pros: It was perfect considering it was a non refundable room.
Cons: The thermostat had a mind of its own ..... I couldn’t not control it temperature wise etc.

Pros: One of our most enjoyable hotel stays. We were there for six nights, the staff was awesome, breakfast served was super with great coffee, unusual for hotels.Real clean throughout and truly enjoyed a very clean and spacious fitness center.Highly recommend.
7,0 Good
Pros: It was nice.
Cons: Everything but two dislikes, the no entry after a certain time. You have to go all the way around. There is a key needed to enter so it don't feel right to not be able to enter. The second is there is only one area to get ice from. There should be maybe two locations. Other than those issues. It was a nice place.

Pros: Breakfast was excellent; room was exceptionally comfy due to separate sitting area with L-shaped sofa
Cons: Parking was expensive $39 plus tip for valet. The weekend we stayed, hotel parking garage was in process of demolition. Don't know where valet was parking guest cars, but Sunday morning at check out, had to wait almost an hour from the time we called down.

Pros: The ONLY good thing is the location close to the airport.
Cons: Hotel is very old and outdated. Dusty/dirty room. Food in lobby restaurant was disgusting. Tried calling front desk no one answers. No fridge or microwave in rooms. Had to pay $30 to park in lot. No way is this place worth the money. Total ripoff.

Pros: Interior decor for the holidays was beautiful
Cons: No parking available even though I was charged $28 for overnight parking. Dislike that I had to pay a $50 early check in fee and that I was charged for items I did not purchase :-(

Pros: There isn’t much that’s going for them
Cons: The staff were very rude. There are a lot of random charges that are usually complimentary. Parking is $28 dollars per day/ car. Unless you booked from Hilton themselves, you have to pay for WiFi everyday. So if you book from booking.com you have to pay everyday for WiFi. Kind of ridiculous.

Pros: Our second room was great and clean. Also the reception found us a room across the hall from our group.
Cons: We booked connecting rooms months in adavnce and where put on different floors. We asked for a 2pm check in and where told that was fine. And when we arrived at 2pm, we were told they didn't have rooms and it would be after 4-5 before we could check in. The front desk person didn't speak English very well and was hard to understand and he didn't understand what I was asking. Our first room had hair in the shower and trash in the bathroom. Pretty disgusting for a first time stay. There where not enough towels in the room for the amount we had booked on our reservation. The beds we okay, we have stayed at other marriots and this one was a disappointment. Also my credit card was charged muiltple times with incorrect charges and fee that weren't ours.
