No coffee, no breakfast and the worst was no hot water. Extremely disappointed and wouldn’t stay there again

Guests consistently praise the hotel's convenient location and spacious rooms. However, reviews are mixed regarding cleanliness and service, with some guests noting issues such as unhelpful staff, maintenance problems, and inconsistent housekeeping. The discontinuation of breakfast and lack of kitchen supplies were common complaints. Pros (+) Super nice front desk. Best price in Campbell. Super nice bathroom!!!!!
Cons (-) The door and key
Pros (+) Very clean and comfortable. Reproductions of "real' modern art in corridors was a delight. Bath needs a soap dish and handle bars to accommodate getting in and out of tub. Desk person was very helpful in arranging a 5:00 AM ride to SFO . Airport.
Cons (-) Desk personnel missed a 4:00 AM . wake-up call.
Pros (+) The bed was comfortable and the room was nice and spacious.
Cons (-) The walls were far too thin, you could hear everything. We were near the elevator and head it go up and down all night. The fire alarms kept going off late at night which the staff called "testing." Not enough parking to support the guests. Also the computers and staff aren't stellar. I've been charged now 3 times for the hotel and am still fighting the charges with a staff that mixed up my credit...

Pros (+) Hotel was clean, bed was comfortable. They were very accommodating in getting us a pack and play for our infant daughter.
Cons (-) No wash cloths. Vending was stupid expensive. Continental breakfast is extremely minimal, not a benefit worth advertising.
