If your property is marked as having parking, I dont think its unreasonable to expect there to be parking either at, or close to the property. Instead, the parking was 5 minutes away, and had to be paid for separately. Room was poorly insulated, and all sorts of noises could be heard.

Good location - quiet but central. Good breakfast. Fine for a one or two night stay if the hotel is just a place to sleep.
Thin walls - could hear every word our room neighbour was saying on the phone.
