Pros (+) The housekeeping team seems to be the most engaged with creating a great first experience. The room was impeccable.
Cons (-) The front desk employees didn't seem passionate about their jobs. They just went through the motions and the basics. Your website says it's a 10 minute taxi ride from the airport - no mention of a shuttle. When we checked in, nobody asked or offered the shuttle. So, we had to pay for an uber each way.
