Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guest opinions on this hotel are mixed. Many guests appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the spacious and clean rooms. However, several reviews mention issues with cleanliness, especially in bathrooms and bedding, and note that the hotel feels dated. The breakfast receives both praise for variety and criticism for quality and restocking. The pool and hot tub are frequently mentioned as being closed, dirty, or poorly maintained, which disappointed many guests. Bed comfort is also mixed, with some guests finding them comfortable and others dissatisfied. Overall, while some guests had a pleasant stay, others were disappointed by maintenance and service issues.
