Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to access the ferry, local attractions, and restaurants. The breakfast received high marks for quality and variety, with many guests enjoying the made-to-order options. Cleanliness was generally appreciated, though a few noted minor issues. Some guests experienced noise disturbances at night due to nearby bars and ongoing renovations. While many found the staff friendly and helpful, there were several complaints about unwelcoming or rude behavior at reception. Overall, the hotel is valued for its location and breakfast, but improvements in service and soundproofing could enhance the experience.

Wonderful

Pros (+) Free breakfast was great! Room is clean. Provided shampoo, soap, and towels in room. Location is right in the middle of town only a few blocks from the ferry terminal.
Cons (-) The hotel is next to a bar or music venue, so we heard a really loud cover band for a few hours that night.
