Pros: Location, location, location. Staff, staff, staff. The staff was as nice and friendly as can be. Not too overwhelming at all. They took the time to learn our names and greeted us every morning. It was a very nice touch.

Cons: Food good for the price but a bit repetitive.

Cons: poor maintenance, staff just ok. needs renovation on the pool area, the only pro I have is that it has one of the best locations in town.

Pros: The beach was beautiful and the pool was lovely. There were plenty of chairs and the beach and water were clean. Lovely views!
Cons: The room was loud and uncomfortable. The beds were horrible. The beach had sandflies that bit in the evenings and the check-in staff seemed annoyed. The buffet was not good so we ate at the restaurant on property. The drinks included were not strong and they seemed like watered down alcohol.

Cons: Everything, employees horrible, room service horrible, no hot water, one of the employees Called our family member names and also no internet unless you paid 20 dollars which is a scam and it was also bad

Pros: The staff was very accommodating and welcoming. I liked the all inclusiveness, the food was good, the drinks were really good, and the beach was nice and relaxing.
Cons: The hot water in the shower did not last past 5 mins and there were 3 of us in the room. The hotel tried to fix it but failed. They refused to comp the rate or move us to a room with working hot water (this would have caused us to get an upgraded room). We complained 5 times in 4 days. In addition, the HVAC system arm was broken, the toilet water pressure was low and close to clogging, the TV speaker was busted, the shower water splashes on the bathroom floor due to a poor design, the hotel requires updating (and they are working on it). Be aware that cruise ships do rent some of the hotel space for non guest.

Cons: The rooms were a bit used. Not run down, yet. Just the roof leaked when it rained, and the toilet moved if you sat on it wrong.

Pros: The resort facilities were great for the cost. The leisure area and dining facility were both better than expected for an all inclusive resort in the West Bay area.
Cons: The hotel staff was incompetent. I pre-coordinated to have the hotel shuttle service come 15 minutes prior to their scheduled 0545 departure time to facilitate making my 0645 flight (which was more than enough time according to the staff members who said the ride would take 20 minutes and the check in would take an additional 20-30). The shuttle was over 30 minutes late, resulting in a hectic and dangerous ride to the airport, and ultimately, us missing our flight. The mistake and incompetence of the staff costed me over $1,200 purchasing new plane tickets.
