Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests frequently praised the hotel's convenient location and, in several cases, the comfort of the beds. However, many reviews highlighted issues with the service, describing staff as unfriendly or unhelpful. Cleanliness was also a concern for some guests, with reports of dirty carpets and bathrooms. Breakfast received mixed to negative feedback, with several guests finding it unsatisfactory. Overall, while the location and bed comfort are positives, service and cleanliness need improvement.
