Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's beachfront location and occasional friendly staff. However, many reviews expressed strong dissatisfaction with cleanliness, citing dirty rooms, stained sheets, and unpleasant odors. Numerous guests were disappointed by the lack of working amenities, such as closed pools, bars, and restaurants, as well as broken elevators and unreliable air conditioning. Service issues were also common, including poor communication, missing towels, and problems with deposits. Overall, while the location was a highlight, the hotel's condition and service fell short of expectations.AI-generated from customer reviews

Cons (-) Old , shitty service
Pros (+) After reading numerous reviews I was hesitant to stay here. I was glad I decided to stay here. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. My room had a view of the bay which was nice. The hotel is located right on the beach and the bar was a plus. We ate dinner at the restaurant inside the hotel and it was really good. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
Cons (-) It is an older facility.
Pros (+) Friendly staff
Cons (-) Kayak didn't forward my payment so it was a hassle to check in.
Pros (+) Indoor pool was great. Kids had variety of things to do. Access to beach was nice.
Cons (-) Very old. Walked into a city room with a roach and roach droppings on bed. Office relocated us...across the hall. Price is high for quality. If you have a pet, you'll be placed in the "pet building." Be prepared for chewed up furniture, pet odor filled rooms, and a lot of barking. We have a shitzu, but definitely not a "pet building" pet.
Cons (-) The hot tub didn't work. For the expense of the room nothing was included had to go get towels just to shower no veiw from room.
Pros (+) The staff seemed friendly and were quick to move our rooms when we found ours was dirty.
Cons (-) Room was dirty, the whole hotel was too dark.
