I like the service and the bedroom, the air conditioner could be better
El personal no fue tan amable con nosotras.
Pros:The price was good and size of the room.
Cons:The floor could have been cleaner. The floor was sticky by the door.
Pros:Cleanliness- even though an older hotel and sons are appear under construction- overall clean. The staff was helpful and accommodating.
Cons:Only two towels with four people registered and no wash cloths.
Pros:Clean rooms, walking distance to Coral Gables. Nice Restaurant in building. Food was very good and reasonable, wait staff very attentive.
Cons:Need a shelf or something in bathroom for personal items. Not enough room for two people's things. Chairs in dinning area need something to lesson the scrapping sound, very noisy.
Pros:It was a short drive from the airport and the port. Close to a few good restaurants.
Cons:The room was disgusting. The wall A/C unit was only half taped on, with obvious water damage around it. The walls looked like they had not been painted in years. The carpets had stains. The clock was broken (face and buttons were missing). Someone had left pistachio nuts (not in a bag) on top of the shelf in the closet. Some of the electrical plugs did not work.
Pros:-good location in a safe, clean neighborhood with lots of parking -nice pool area -room had a private balcony -close to lots of great restaurants
Cons:-A/C barely worked (fortunately it was not hot outside) -no hot water in shower in the morning -sliding door to balcony very difficult to open
Pros:Hotel shuttle was very prompt and driver polite, Hotel staff was courteous and helpful. Mylos Greek restaurant was quite casual, but the food was pretty good. All rooms have a balcony. Location was residential and safe for walking around.
Cons:Hotel is in need of a complete remodel! Very dated and old. Furnishings were well used. Had to be strong as an ox to slide open the balcony door.
