Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, highlighting its proximity to shops, restaurants, and the beach, making it convenient for exploring the area. However, many reviews expressed dissatisfaction with the service, citing unresponsive or unfriendly staff and lack of communication. Cleanliness was another concern, with several guests mentioning issues such as lack of daily cleaning and finding leftover items in rooms. The breakfast offering was frequently criticized for being basic or disappointing, with limited options and poor quality. Cons (-) Woman who checked me insisted I didn't have a reservation and I had to pay $700+. I showed her print out of my confirmation and she insisted it wasn't real. I called my wife and the woman said she would check! Then said "here it is! ". Seems she was trying to double charge me.
