Pros (+) Great location within walking distance to Nyhavan and Metro. Decent neighbourhood with some shops and cafe around for a cup of coffee and pastries. Will probably stay there again if the price is right. Room size is good compares to other European hotel. Do ask for air-conditioned room when booking. Pros (+) Staff were all very nice in dealing with a poor hotel, facilities, and management. I do not fault the staff for the low quality of our stay.
Cons (-) We did not have the right room, but were moved to a room that resembled the one I booked. In the morning there was no water. No cold water, no hot water - no water. We were told we could shower in another room and given a key. Luckily, the water was restored, but only after hours of waiting. Do not stay here until all the construction is finished.
