Pros (+) Staff, Lobby, comfortable rooms, within walking distance to the fortress and downtown, breakfast
Cons (-) Hotel is located literally right next to the train tracks. Half of the rooms (odd numbered) would be ok, since they are on the opposite side, but if you have an even numbered room, the trains will be passing within a few meters of your window at all hours of the night. Pros (+) Convenience for travelling . It's right next to the train station, like right next to it. Also very close to "The Little Mermaid" statue and Malmo Sweden. The staff was very intelligent and helpful.
Cons (-) The Danish pride themselves on interior design with "hygge" or comfort. This hotel lacks that in all features, from the random missing ceiling panels to the individual lights (maybe 10-15 switches) in the rooms to the giant curtain covering ...a wall... This place needs updating. Nothing was that bad, but we stayed in nicer hostels in Copenhagen

Pros (+) The front desk staff were very nice and helpful. The hotel was very clean. I'd compare the size and feel of the room to a cabin on a cruise ship. Extremely basic. The location was very good being across the street from train station.
Cons (-) Can be noisy because it's across the street from train station. Before booking, several reviews mentioned this, and suggested getting odd numbered room to be further from train, this helped some.
