Most guests were dissatisfied with the hotel's cleanliness, citing dirty rooms, musty odors, mold, bugs, and general disrepair. Service issues were also common, with complaints about rude or unhelpful staff and inconvenient check-in procedures. However, some guests appreciated the hotel's location near shopping and restaurants, and a few found the beds comfortable or the rooms clean. Overall, the negatives outweighed the positives, especially regarding cleanliness and service.
