Pros (+) The room had a lot of potential. My fiancé and I stayed here 2 years ago and had no issues.
Cons (-) The sheets on the pull out couch were dirty! When we called the front desk and asked for replacements they told us they could only bring us a duvet cover because there was no housekeeping there. Then throughout the night it got progressively warmer in the room, so warm in fact that we couldn’t sleep. Pros (+) I love the hotel room. One of the best rooms I’ve stayed in. Felt like a one bedroom apartment. Too many hotel rooms feel like matchbox spaces. Sheraton took the effort to figure out design comfort and class. Loved it. Room was clean. And comfortable. Loved the space. Was sad the trip was so short!! :)
Cons (-) Recently had to change my diet so was sad that they didn’t have gluten free bread options. I was able to work with what they had don’t get me wrong but still wanted gluten free.

Cons (-) Don't bother upgrading to the club room. They say that breakfast is included. But it's really a continental breakfast for one person. I travelled with my family so not worth it.

Pros (+) Great young girl at the desk. She was outstanding and I wish I remembered her name. I do know she had a recent birthday as we brought her a piece of cake because she was so nice to us and our daughter who was the entire reason we took the trip: to celebrate her birthday.

Pros (+) We picked this hotel because we were traveling with our new puppy. There were a lot of other guests in the hotel that also had dogs, but didn't hear any barking or such when in the room. We were on a non smoking floor but it did smell a bit smokey in the hallway, but not in our room.

Cons (-) Club level very disappointing. Was under the impression there would be cocktails and appetizers. But no cocktails and only one lukewarm appetizer. Also expected snacks available. Only thing provided was water, pop and coffee. Bar did not open until 5 pm. Rooms were a little outdated.
