Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location and found the beds to be comfortable. However, there were frequent complaints about cleanliness, with several guests mentioning dirty rooms, leftover items from previous guests, and issues with ants. Service received mixed feedback; while some staff were described as friendly and helpful, others were seen as unresponsive or indifferent to guest concerns. Breakfast was mentioned as adequate by some but lacking by others. Safety was a concern for a few guests due to incidents of car break-ins. Overall, the positives centered on location and bed comfort, but improvements are needed in cleanliness and service consistency.AI-generated from customer reviews
