Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel for its friendly and helpful staff, excellent location near downtown attractions, and overall cleanliness. Many appreciated the historical charm and amenities. However, several reviews mentioned issues with bed comfort, noise from trains and thin walls, and occasional maintenance problems such as non-working outlets and ice machines. Some guests also noted extra charges for parking. Despite these drawbacks, the positive atmosphere and service stood out for most visitors.

Pros (+) We were so kindly greeted upon approaching the front desk.
Cons (-) We didn't have a problem, however, many of our other friends were kept up all night by noises from the other rooms. Evidently the walls are quite thin
