Good if on a budget
Easy to get to public transport and was a cheap hotel. Lidl around the corner.
It wasn’t so easy to find as the name of the hotel on the holiday is different to one listed here. I think it was Burns Art. Also on check out they tried charging us for an extra night when we had already paid.
Good position for fair business.Really 400 mt. from the North entrance of the Messe. Quiet and confortable.
The moquette carpet of the room was in very bad conditions, very dirty.
Excellent value for money
The rooms are big and comfortable, the staff is helpfull.
The location is not so nice, looks like Suburbs
the fare for the internet was a little bit too high...
Great value for the price. breakfast is very delicious.
Few english channels of tv and there is no vod - we easily got bored since we don't watch German tv. Internet is not free of charge.
Friendly and helpful staff, felt welcoming, and the room was spacious and comfortable. Great.
It was very convenient location for the tye of trip of was taking.
Didn't like the bedding, a little singl duvet on a double bed, and only one pillow available!!
It was a nice hotel. The rooms were large and the breakfast was included in the price of the room. Breakfast was a typical european breakfast with breads, cereal, fruit, scrambled eggs, sausage and bacon. A beer voucher was given to each member of our party for a complimentary beer in the hotel bar. The rooms had plenty of room for travelers with small children that need to setup a crib or extra bed. The hotel was about 2 or 3 blocks from the metro subway. The subway was the best way to get around the city and was very quick. 9.50 Euro for 5 people to ride the subway for 24 hours. Parking was also free at the hotel, it is not secure, but the parking lot is private and right in front of the front desk.
The hotel was not close to any restaurants or attractions, you had to drive, take a taxi or subway to get to any of the attrations. The subway was very easy to use. Subway, 2 Min ride to Kolnarena, 7 min to new market, 9 min to Cathedral.
Due to my bussiness being 20 countries every year, very rare I faced such very friendly staff, very clean bathroom, very quite location.
my room's carpet was quite dirty. It was full with stains. Housekeeping has to check it regularly. Front Office has to inform the restaurant staff about whellchair using guests. On December 02nd,2006 I faced with a hotel guest who has got weelchair asked me ( he has thought that I am a hotel staff I guess ) somebody to assist him to take his full plate to his table. So I informed restaurant staff that somebody needs help. I met him just by chance!!!
