10,0 Excellent
Pros: A very uniqe place with beautiful surounding! A huge room with style and character. Clean room and helpfull staff. Big and beautiful garden with a little river beside it. Great breakfast.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Characterful rural property with a beautiful garden. Room was cool and dark due to its position under a verandah. E xcellent breakfast. Friendly owner
Cons: Due to the age and nature of the property there was a musty smell. Very noisy creaking floor above us and plumbing above noisy too!
8,3 Excellent
Pros: The Quinta was a pleasant place to stay, a comfortable room with traditional furniture and good bedlinen and a new bathroom, It has rather strange surroundings but an attractive garden with a good pool and a nice country view. The owners are friendly. Breakfast is standard fare. We found restaurant im Lousa 'To dos Frangos' to be extraordinarily good value, massive portions very cheaply, beware the is a Locals section which is fun and a normal restaurant. 'Vilha' not quite so cheap but the delicious pork shin could easily have fed three!
Cons: The disadvantages are that, after a long tiring journey it was very difficult to find using GPS and the nearest restaurants are over three miles away in Lousa. The hot water supply is temperamental despite the fact we were the only guests. Wifi coverage is poor.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The staff very helpful and respectful
Cons: The farm is very small and dos not have restaurant for diner or lunch.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Great room, silence, great garden en pool, very nice breakfast and tasteful dinners. Perfect place to come to rest.
Cons: I was travelling by public transport, than the location is a bit outside but still manageable if you use taxis. For 2 dinners, 1 lunchbox and 1 clothing washing I paid 60 euros what is a bit high to Portugese norms.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: This place is set in farmland on the outskirts of Lousa and has great rustic charm. It is a good base for exploring the local area and is a very comfortable, quiet and relaxing place to stay. This is probably mostly to do with the philosophy expressed by Filipe (the son of the owners who met us on arrival): 'when you come through our gates you are at home'. Guests are genuinely trusted and encouraged to treat the property as their home. All the rooms are decorated with an individual theme, are comfortable and immaculately clean. The grounds are lovely with lots of places to sit quietly or to socialise with others. The pool is good for a cool off after a long day. Breakfast is simple but fresh and tasty. We also had dinner on one of our nights stay, enjoying fresh local cuisine and the company of some fellow guests. Highly recommended.
7,5 Good
Pros: Very well decorated room.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Staff very friendly and helpful. Pool area really relaxing. Liked the animals around us. The bar facilities really good and well priced. We enjoyed our balcony area.
Cons: The room was large and spacious but being over the garage there was at times a smell of petrol.

Pros: Pool was perfect, enjoyed playing ping pong, there is also some gym equipment. Location is ideal to either easily walk into town or walk to the beautiful park in the other direction. Great for people who love to go running in the morning. Easy walk to either of the two train stations as well. Super comfortable bed!!!!
Cons: Breakfast buffet was a bit basic, but overall ok.
7,5 Good
Pros: The food at the restaurant was horrible. They should serve real portuguese dishes . Gourmet dishes should be avoide. A true disaster . Good hotel terrible and expensive restaurate

9,7 Excellent
Pros: Near the bus station. Easy to get in and out All the staff were very helpful. Room was great. Has a swimming pool.
Cons: A little far from center of town . 15 minute walk. Some of the younger staff at the reception desk need a little more training in how to get around the city.

Pros: Location to city. The staff were excellent and very helpful.
Cons: The room was okay, but tired and needed refreshing. Not as clean as I would like.

Overview Reviews
With a stay at Riversuites, you'll be centrally located in Coimbra, just a 3-minute walk from Portugal dos Pequenitos and 11 minutes by foot from Old Cathedral of Coimbra. Featured amenities include complimentary wired Internet access, a business center, and complimentary newspapers in the lobby. A roundtrip airport shuttle is available for a surcharge.
7,5 Good
Pros: Location good, room and bathroom compact but adequate for one night stay. However, we didn't sleep well due to noise until 2am made by staff, I presume, moving furniture... Be prepared to carry your luggage some distance as parking is on-street.
Cons: Noise downstairs someone dragging furniture until 2am. We heard it from the top floor. Inconsiderate... No parking, we had to park on the street distance away.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great location good breakfast very nice staff
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Staff cordially and very helpful
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Value for money
Cons: Very small bathroom
9,0 Excellent
Pros: The location of the hotel is excellent and at walking distance to major attractions in the historical center. The staff were helpful and very kind, no objection at all. Decent breakfast. WiFi connection and speed adequate. Airconditioning worked as it should. There are a couple of (cheap) restaurants on the same street right next door.
Cons: Breakfast was decent, but really nothing to write home about (few choices coupled to zero day-to-dayvariety), and they haven't heard of having salt&pepper available anywhere (this actually seemed to be endemic to all Portugal eateries that I have visited, rally strange). The room I was staying in was tiny. As a consequence: barely adequately big bathroom with minuscule sink. No wardrobe, no desk, no chair. therefore if you need to work, you have to do it on the bed! There was only one power outlet in the room beside the two for bed lights. No safe box or refrigerator in the room either. Since I was alone and stayed only for 4 nights it was OK, but for a couple staying in this double-bed room it would be crowded and if you need to do any serious amount of work - look elsewhere.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The location was walking distance to the historical sites and there is a bus stop in front which goes to Coimbra University. Cloae to parking areas and restaurants in safe area.
Cons: Nothing
7,0 Good
Pros: Fine in general.
Cons: Double room was too small.
Guesthouse Casa Pombal - Coimbra - Bedroom
5
8,6 Excellent (622 reviews)
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast, comfortable room, nice old house, convenient position between the old town and the university.
Cons: Located at the top of a hill, so it gets tiring if you come and go a lot! All part of the Coimbra experience though.
2,0 Mediocre
Pros: The owner was helpful in giving us advice about the city and parking the car. The house had character
Cons: Apart from the dining room the house felt very run down and our room was frankly squalid. A horrible unidentifiable smell Barely any space around the beds to put anything not helped by sloping ceilings as it was an attic room. Paper peeling off the wall and old chipped paintwork. The heater fell off the wall. The sliding bathroom door only half shut. Ancient shower curtain hung in the bath and was constantly soaking wet. No soap. Couldn’t open one of the windows. We were going to stay three nights and we left after one. I’ve travelled in India Asia Africa and South America and cannot remember the last time I encountered a depressing room like this.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Enjoyed my stay at the Casa Pombal - it was interesting to stay in the old city, near the university. The hostess was lovely and couldn’t have been more helpful. Breakfast was good and it was excellent value overall. I opted for a room without a private bath, but that was never an issue and the sink in the room was nice. Good location, though it was a stiff walk up the hill to return!
Cons: Being in an older house is part of the charm, but it also means creaky floorboards and hearing everyone coming and going. Some guests could have been more respectful by not having conversations at midnight.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Great location for exploring key old university and city areas. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice breakfast.
Cons: Its an old property which has typical issues associated - a little damp although it was raining hard! Free parking a bit tricky.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Staff were really welcoming. The rooms are simple but they’re just what you need. The bathrooms are always clean even though they are shared by all guests. Breakfast is good and there’s an emergency number you can call 24/7 if you have any problem
Cons: The location can be quite tricky if a guest has reduced mobility or is carrying luggage. My uber couldn’t leave me at the front door because there was a car parked a few meters from it and the streets are really narrow so my driver couldn’t pass, I had to walk my way up to the guesthouse

8,0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location, friendly & helpful staff, comfortable & clean room, good breakfast, only 5 minute walk from train station & short walking distance to supermarket, shops, restaurants, cafes & many of the historical places of interest in Coimbra.
Cons: No coffee & tea making facilities in our room but there were cafes on the street outside.
1,0 Poor
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Great check in with Alex. Helped with a lot of info and check in. (morning staff was not very helpful or cheerful). Location was ideal to the church and shopping and train station.
Cons: Had to pay extra for a good view. Given a cormer room with a great view but when we checked in, it was not ready. So we had to change rooms to another - which was not a corner room.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is very modern inside. Basic rooms are rather small, but have large windows and everything is well organized. Breakfast is excellent and in a room with view on the 5th floor. When I told front desk our heater didn’t work, we received heat, then a new control very quickly. Our car was parked for us, which we appreciated. We would definitely stay here again.
3,0 Mediocre
Pros: Location
Cons: Mold in room!! It's a health hazzard! All rooms in this hotel weren't renovated. We got an old room and it smelled horrible. At the check out we got the wrong receipt (which wasn't even ours), breakfast was very basic. I really don't know why this hotel has so many good reviews. Would never stay here again!!
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was great and location was fantastic. View from rooftop terrace was amazing too.
Cons: Room for 4 was quite tight. Room was quite dated. Toilet flush didn't work too well.

Located in Coimbra, CSI Coimbra Club & Guest House is within a 15-minute drive of Old Cathedral of Coimbra and Santa Cruz Church. Featured amenities include luggage storage and laundry facilities. Free self parking is available onsite.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Very clean place, everything well organized, very quiet zone at night time. I definitely recommend this place to any one. I love it.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Linens were fantastic - especially the towels. Staff friendly and helpful. Quiet place.
Cons: A little far (and uphill on the way back) from attractions.
6,7 Good
Pros: The rooms are well equipped and the hostel itself is nice in terms of facilities and what it offers. Wifi is so basic though that it not working forced me to lower my rating for the facilities. It was generally pretty clean though
Cons: A lot actually, the self check in system meant we never got to encounter a single staff member till by accident we entered the kitched in the morning before checking out. The wifi didnt work at all, the ned was uncomfortable, the entire place was pretty much a ghost town, and granted we did arrive around 10, we still didnt see a single person in the morning. The whole experience was subpar at best, and honestly there were better options in the area, we chose this to take a break from airbnbs and get a more social experience, which we did not.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Room had everything what was needed, it was clean and the price was reasonable. I enjoyed staying in this place.
Cons: Place is located a bit far away from the city centre but I enjoyed walking so it wasn't a big deal to me.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Friendly place. Good car parking.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Be prepared to get the full residence hall vibe! Entering the accommodation was pretty easy, just call the staff (phone number on the door) and they will open the door for you. Also you‘ll receive an email with alle the information about check-in, wifi, etc.. wich also means you can do the check-in at any time. The rooms are small and simple but clean and cozy, you‘ll find everything you need, even had my own bathroom en suite. I arrived with a car and was allowed to park it on the courtyard, wich is a big plus, but parking on the street around the hostel is also free. Location wise, you‘ll make your way to the university and the botanic gardens in just a few minutes by walking down the hill. Enjoyed staying there, would recommend especially for young backpackers/travelers.
Cons: The kitchen is used by a lot of people, mainly students, so don’t expect it to be as clean as your kitchen at home, but for preparing your breakfast it’s all fine As i said, there are a lot of young people/students living there, so be prepared to hear them talking and laughing till late at night

Cons: Room was not tidied up after 1st night stay despite the hanger on the door. Only Portuguese channels on the TV.
7,0 Good
Pros: Quite good hotel for a 1 nigh stay. With a plane design, but rather comfortable and clean. Single room was quite a small one, but that was enough for me. Breakfast was ok.
7,9 Good
Pros: The breakfast was simple but there was some choice. Location is close to the railway station Coimbra A (not to be confused with Coimbra B). Quiet.
Cons: Hard to have an early breakfast as the employee on duty (who also handles the keys) should get up and prepare (or find) something.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Near train station.
Cons: Breakfast was dull.
Hotel Jardim - Coimbra - Building
9
8,3 Excellent (951 reviews)
9,6 Excellent
Pros: It's an old 2* hotel so that creates atmosphere and character which we really liked. And the young women running the hotel are charming and keen to assist. It is also really well located a short 15 min walk from the railway station and close to the old parts of Coimbra.
Cons: It's an old 2* hotel so that creates some limitations such as stairs.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Location, staff advised on where to park the car, what to visit.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was alright but it would be nice if the menu changed a bit-no change for five breakfasts. The location is excellent for parking, walking into the old town and boarding the buses.
Cons: see above
3,0 Mediocre
Pros: Location
Cons: A small heater was the only heat provided and the shower was moldy

Pros: Central location, however you never feel safe.
Cons: Everything smells to dog. Owners of the place have a dog and the smell is all over the place. Rooms are not clean. If you go during the summer time, prepare to sweat, because you cannot open the window and there is no AC.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Old fashioned hotel which gives it a very cozy and interesting charm. It’s ideally situated especially for a short trip in Coimbra, less than 5 minutes from the station and I’m the center of the city to start exploring. The staff was really nice and friendly throughout the stay :)
Cons: As in any older building the acoustic isolation ain’t exactly great, but if you’ve walked up and down Coimbra all day, no noise should keep you from sleeping like a baby :)
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Central position, close to every interesting spot, friendly and helpful reception, easy to reach and uncomplicated check-in. perfect for a short stay. thanks!
Cons: a little bit outworn shower, but ok compared with the proce

Pros: So close to train station. Next to river. Walking distance to everything. Lots of restaurants and cafes just out the door. I just loved Coimbra. And this room was clean and adequate for my stay and also good value. I would recommend to everyone.
Cons: The only negative was there was no means to make a tea or coffee.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: The structure was really nice, it is run by what looked like a super friendly couple, they were super helpful. It felt a lot like staying over is someone's house.
Cons: The structure isn't super modern, but it is definitely a great deal.

Cons: N/A
8,3 Excellent
Pros: The location is excellent. Only two mins walk from station Coimbra. The hosts are amazing. Maria & Jorge.
Cons: The bed is not flat and too old.
7,9 Good
Pros: George, the proprietor, was delightful and very helpful with advice. Although right in the middle of a lively restaurant zone, the room was very quiet. Coimbra was a fascinating city and we could have spent more time there. We took the local bus out to Conimbriga to see the Roman archeological site which was well worth the trip.

Pros: It's a house transformed into a hotel! The place is cozy , gardens well kept, a swimming pool, the rooms are very spacious, in an old style, bathroom the same, very comfortable, with wardrobes and cabinets. Good mattress and very clean.
Cons: The fact that we asked for a room on the ground floor, as the site offered this possibility and even got a confirmation but we were put on the 2nd floor, no elevator. Breakfast, for extra Euros 5, could be better. There was soft drink instead of juice and no fruits, restricted items.
5,0 Okay
Pros: Nice Manager pity the hotel is so old and cluttered
Cons: Terrible location, old hotel needs serious update. Terrible breakfast
7,9 Good
Pros: Cute and quiet place. Very clean.
Cons: There was only one power plug in the room. The place can only be reached if you travel by car but parking is available.

Cons: Cold room on arrival w all windows open. No tutorial on how to warm up the room. Had to figure out myself. Shower did not stay hot. Pushed out at 10am

Pros: Spacious room with good facilities. Some signposts to finding the place but you must look out for them as they are small! On request an electric kettle was supplied - which was essential for making tea!
Cons: Check-in was a little difficult as reception did not speak english. However on enquiry found she spoke German so problem resolved. As it was in autumn we could not check out the pool but the surrounding grounds were pleasant.

4,0 Okay
Pros: Location
Cons: Loud music until 3-4am from two neighboring night clubs! We were on the 5th floor with close windows and still couldn't sleep. Older receptions staff required paperwork. No other hotels asked me for one.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Spotless clean and so quiet never heard any noise at night . Lovely hot water and very comfy beds. Lounge areas very comfy and Super staff.
Cons: Would have liked a bar although there was an honesty bar but no beer or wine Carpets need replacing and water pressure poor.
7,7 Good
Pros: Very good buffet breakfast was included
Cons: This hotel is very old and sparse but clean. Could use updating current for charging electronic items or for international travellers.
4,0 Okay
Pros: It is something your parents would’ve thought really nice 50 years ago. Make it 75 years ago. Although the Art deco Decour appears original it has been well-maintained.
Cons: It is a prime candidate for a major redo and have shiny 4 stars. There is a certain “aroma“ that shows it’s age.
7,0 Good
Pros: We loved the old fashioned, traditional, "Old Portugal" feel that the hotel had. It was "of a time" and a hark back to Portugal's past. The room was basic, but had the bonus of a lovely balcony overlooking the river. Staff at reception were helpful and the breakfast was very good. The lift was a real bonus and super stylish. Location was terrific, being just a couple hundred metres from the station and bang in centre of Coimbra. Some lovely furniture and accoutrements in the lounge.
Cons: To be frank, the interior of the hotel could do with a facelift. New carpets and redecorating needed.
6,0 Good
Pros: The staff were really friendly and helpful. Also, the breakfast, while not great, was acceptable. The design of the lobby is beautiful and reminiscent of the great hotels of the early 1900s.
Cons: As a whole, the hotel seemed to be past it's prime by maybe 30 years. The carpets, while "clean", were heavily worn and stained. The walls showed many stains too and many places where the paint had been scraped off. Also, there were few electrical outlets in the room.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel and it's interiors were grand, old world charm if I may say. The lounge room and the dining area were tastefully decorated. We loved the elevator from inside which even had a seat! We were given a lovely room with a big enclosed balcony, opened the windows to a beautiful view of the river Mondego. Centrally located, which meant we could simply walk over to the many attractions like the Santa Cruz Monastery, the famous University etc. Coimbra A train station was just 3 min away. We must mention about Maria at the front desk who patiently answered our numerous queries! The next day we had to travel to Palace Bucaco Hotel and were worried about transportation from the station especially it being a Sunday. But Maria arranged for a taxi pickup leaving us with a big sigh of relief. Thank you very much Maria, we reached safely.
7,5 Good
Pros: Locstiom excellent. Bresakfast very good excepting the coffee.
Cons: Everything is very old.
7,9 Good
Cons: Unfortunately, it is not possible to access Internet connection in the room.
9,1 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful hotel from the Art Deco era.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: This is a early 20th Century hotel and not an American chain. We love hotels that have character. Amazing curved room, a period lift that would do duty in a murder mystery TV series and a excellent included breakfast. Central and convenient. for Coimbra A railway station and lots of nice restaurants. A true Portuguese gem. Complementary sparkling wine just the cherry on the top.
Cons: Winter and room was a little cold. More blankets or even an electric one would have been nice.

Pros: Lovely little boutique hotel. Excellent breakfast and restaurant.
Cons: Bed was up some steps, from sitting area, which were a little hazardous

Pros: Amazing hotel very central near the main attractions in Coimbra. Hotel is very comfortable with a super cool design. Great social areas including an amazing rooftop. Rooms and area quiet and you are able to enjoy the silence and have a good night sleep. Staff super friendly and helpful.
Cons: Hotel is amazing. It’s hard to point something to improve but let’s try... breakfast. It was good but you get the basics and not a lot of options specially for me that have a sweet tooth. I missed a good (crispy, tasty and fresh) croissant or a slice of cake (non existent) or a good orange juice.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Our room was clean and huge. We had a large bedroom, and our daughter had a rollaway bed in the living room area. We ate lunch, dinner and breakfast at the hotel (the breakfast was included). All delicious. The breakfast buffet has a wide variety of choices. The staff was very attentive and helpful.
Cons: The only challenging part is the parking. There were plenty of open spaces on the street in front of the hotel but the streets are narrow and hard to navigate, especially with a standard shift car. This isn’t a criticism of the hotel as we would happily stay here again, just a warning for those who are driving.

Pros: The property was amazing. Great little wine cellar that they let us visit which was originally a water sewer that was discovered during renovations. Property was in walking distance of the sites we wanted to see in Coimbra. Breakfast was great and happy hour everyday at 6pm.

8,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff
Cons: The banging of the bedroom doors
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very large rooms, extremely clean and very comfortable, staff was professional and helpful, breakfast had a reasonably large choice, wifi worked well, they have both stairs and elevators. There are at least 2 nice restaurants around and Coimbra-B train station is not far. Price is good given the quality. I will most certainly chose that hotel on my next business trip to Coimbra
Cons: No major issue, it is even hard pointing out minor issues. There was noise down the street at 22h30 once, maybe street cleaners, a bit surprising but room was quiet otherwise. It might not be the most central hotel but then again I have no comparison point.

Pros: Nice old house. Very friendly staff. Comfortable beds. Our family room was in the attic and only had a small window near ceiling for ventilation ( also had air conditioning so was comfortable) Separate bathroom down corridor had a fantastic view! Breakfast was very good.
Cons: There was no free parking on site as indicated on the website. Staff advised us where we could find free parking- had to drive a short distance to find it.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: It's lookmore like a hotel than a hostel and I loved the breakfast. They are near a place called Los 100 montaditos, is really good and cheap if you don't want to spend too much.
Cons: They didn't have free parking
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was very nice!
Cons: We would have liked a room with view. We did not realize this when booking that the room only had a ceiling window. The room had an exterior bathroom, which required a key to open and close from the inside. This was a bit difficult, as the key mechanism was not the easiest and with two children.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The location was great, a bit outside of the center but with a beautiful view and 15min walking distance to most main attractions. The room was light, spacious and clean. Simple but very pleasant.
Cons: The coffee at breakfast was very bad - instant coffee from a machine. Too bad, as breakfast itself was nice,
9,0 Excellent
Pros: + Stylish old house transformed into a hostel/hotel + our room was bright, with lots of windows + the bathroom was very spacious + good breakfast + a bit outside the old town, but still walking distance to all the main sights
Cons: - noise isolation was quite poor, so bring earplugs with you in case you are sensitive, as you will hear all the cars passing by on the street - parking is only available on the street and on weekdays you have to pay for it
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great breakfast, clean facilities, cozy areas, excellent location to sightsee and great staff
7,5 Good
Pros: Lockers, private lamp and socket at every bed. Tasty breakfast included. Nice design of the common space. In general the building is looks great, it’s an old villa.
Cons: - location. I didn’t check it well and it’s quite some walk from the bus station/ city center - They could have put some curtains at each bed to add more privacy (as each bed has a frame so it wouldn’t be much work).
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Awesome breakfast included, nice bed and rooms. Everything was extremely clean and functioning
Cons: Staff was not very friendly and there was no atmosphere whatsoever

Pros: One of the best hotels I had been, the breakfast was amazing, the staff are volunteers to help me in every time I need; I will book it a again and again and I recommend it.
Cons: Everything was great
8,5 Excellent
Pros: I loved the staff. They were incredibly helpful and knowledgable about the area. The location is fabulous. A short walk to all the hot spots. I thought the room was clean and nice. It was quiet on our street.
Cons: My one problem with the place was that the walls seemed thin between the rooms. We heard our neighbor watching tv until about 4am. I managed to sleep through most of it but my wife was kept up.
3,1 Mediocre
Pros: Staff was very nice. Food was good but it it hard to find bad portugueses food.
Cons: Garage is terrible, dark, unsafe and lacks ventilation. Had a CO alarm while there and it was scare. Very bad engineering. One needs to manouver on the top of the exit ramp to get out. Location is very bad on a really rundown area of the city. Quite depressing. Rooms had very ugly. Carpet is ugly, dated and filthy. One has tô wheat sandals. Dryer was bad. TV was really bad as far as image quality. Beds and pillows were really bad. All furniture was of bad quality. Internet was ridículos. Scratchy signal and when working (very seldon) was worse than the dial up of the old times. And staff had no idea or solution. Once they suggested me to walk around my room to improve the signal. I ha 2 iPads and 2 two iPhones and some times no one could get a signal. the sad part is that this one is supposed to be the best hotel in Coimbra. I guess I will never visit coimbra again.
6,0 Good
Pros: The hotel is modern and nice
Cons: They didn't have parking, I didn't have a place to park and it was heavily raining, I . They have parking for 8 Euro per night .
8,5 Excellent
Pros: Pools, gym, steam room were all fantastic!
Cons: The pillows were either too big or too small! Small detail but would greatly improve stay!

8,3 Excellent
Pros: Bed was very confortable
Cons: Moquette :(
7,5 Good
Pros: Location is OK, but about 30min away from the old city center on foot. Hotel is comfortable, with a front desk open 24hrs. Large rooms with a nice bathroom. Breakfast buffet has a good mix of items, without being gourmet or particularly high end. Free Wifi is superfast. Friendly staff.
Cons: While being reasonably modern and comfortable, the building is starting to show its age and could use some renovation. There was a 10cm hole in my carpet (looked like a burn hole), a small chip on the wall, and traces of rust in the bathroom. There is no kettle/tea/coffee in the rooms (I was given a kettle when I asked for one, but had to buy my own instant coffee). Free outside parking may not always be available, as it is near a school (I was lucky to get the last spot, ... at 8am). Only 2 small elevators for a relatively large hotel.
