Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, with many noting the warm and welcoming atmosphere created by the owners and employees. The breakfast receives high marks for its quality, variety, and generous portions. Cleanliness is another standout, with numerous guests describing rooms and common areas as spotless. The location is also appreciated, being close to attractions and offering scenic views, particularly of the Mosel river. While some mention minor drawbacks such as the lack of air conditioning, small elevators, or occasional street noise, these are generally outweighed by the positives. Overall, guests feel the hotel offers great value and a pleasant stay.
