Good breakfast
Don't like Blinking light above the bed, has a lot of dust on shelves, met some hair in wash sink, no have a bottle opener and slippers in the room (4-Star Hotel should have), staff working for check-in very slow ( we waited for 20 min.)

We loved the plants you could "adopt" for the duration of the stay. The breakfast was plentiful, delicious & varied. The room was spacious & quiet. The staff were all very friendly & helpful, including allowing us to move our "no refund" booking to a later date because of illness.
A fitness room would've been nice. The charge for the underground car park is slightly annoying, given there is no on-street parking near the hotel.
