Pros (+) Location
Cons (-) First room smelled of urine. Second room we were harassed by noisy group of ten plus people next door to us. The hotels phone lines were down and could do nothing to help us. Felt scared with our young children.
Pros (+) Clean, great value for what you pay. Friendly staff. Decent breakfast, great house keeping and helped with free toiletry. AC excellent and awesome smell in the main lobby. Ample parking, close to Magic Kingdom, about 14 miles away which is roughly 20 minutes away. Reasonable distance from attraction.
Cons (-) Hot water will be hard to get around peak times 7pm-8:15pm. Free Child water park was under construction.
