Pros (+) The hotel manager was a wonderful friendly gentleman! Reading some of the other reviews if you want the hilton you have to pay for the hilton. I would rather support small businesses!

Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, close to the beach and local attractions. However, there are widespread complaints about the pool being unusable or dirty, with many reviews mentioning it was empty or under construction. Cleanliness is another major concern, with reports of dirty rooms, linens, and bathrooms. Service and value for price are also criticized in several reviews, with some guests noting unhelpful staff and disappointment with amenities versus expectations. Overall, while the location is a highlight, significant improvements are needed in cleanliness, pool maintenance, and service.AI-generated from customer reviews
