Pros (+) across the street from powder sand beach - awesome location
Cons (-) in room housekeeping was inconsistent - had to call multiple times for refills on simple supplies.

Pros (+) Loved the room and layout. Family of 5 was very pleased and felt right at home. The resort is in the perfect spot with a shop next door if you need any forgotten items. Perfect walking distance to Pier 60 and good spot for the beach. I felt the cleaning staff was over the notch! They were so friendly and greeted us with big smiles every time we saw them.
Cons (-) Didn’t like the limited hours for the pool and it seemed a little too cold that the kids couldn’t stay in it long. Also wasn’t crazy about the parking fees since it’s our only option for staying at the resort and it was shared with the public which made it a little uncomfortable knowing anyone could access the resort via elevators.
