Pros (+) The hotel facilities including room and breakfast area are clean and well kept. Good breakfast included with our stay.
Cons (-) We couldn't get extra towels from hotel housekeepers, we were told we had to request them from front desk because they have to approve getting extra things like that in the rooms. The hotel does not offer late check-out and you only get 10 min. grace period to leave room after the hotel's set check-out time.
