Cons: The mattress is way too soft for us, very uncomfortable, if you don't like soft mattress you need to think about your choice. The cleaner might barely brush the toilet bowl, it got big yellow stain since day one. The room has cigarette smell since the moment we enter the room, although the room is a non smoking room. The TV remote is very hard to use, you need to aim high to adjust the the volume and aim lower to change the channel. The worst is the wifi, it is a nightmare basically, slow and unstable.

Cons: The curtain that closes automatically. Quite creepy when you’re about to sleep and it suddenly closes on its own. The air conditioner that says 18.5*C but doesn’t seem to be really 18.5 since it feels quite warm and the blankets are all off when we wake.

Cons: We deliberately chose the hotel to stay in the day before our cruise started so that we could get some R+R beforehand. When we arrived we found the pool was closed with no prior notice being given to us. We though, oh well we'll just have to go to the spa. However, the masseuse was not working that day and the other facilities were not available. We were not impressed by the attitude of the staff when we asked why we had not been informed of this before. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.

Cons: Front desk staff not properly trained, so all kinds of small annoyances, from not asking whether I wanted to pay with the same card I made the reservation with and charging it without asking to zero communication about when our rooms would be ready. We were just left to stand about in the lobby feeling foolish. No umbrella in the room (was made to feel I was too stupid to find it), and not enough at the concierge desk so got wet once or twice. Altogether the hotel feels like it is staffed by students with no clue how to do their jobs..:
