Summary of reviews

Guests say
The reviews reveal a mixed experience at the hotel. Guests consistently praised the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the convenient, central location. However, the breakfast received significant criticism for its poor quality, lack of replenishment, and limited selection. Cleanliness feedback was mixed, with some guests noting clean rooms while others reported issues such as dust, bugs, and stained bedding. Bed comfort was also a concern for several guests, who mentioned uncomfortable or poorly maintained mattresses. Overall, while the staff and location were highlights, improvements are needed in breakfast quality, cleanliness, and bed comfort.
