Sapporo city is about a 40-minute train ride from nearby JR Chitose Train Station. The free morning shuttle to the airport runs on a schedule (see Important Information) and takes about 12 minutes. There is a coin launderette on the 2nd floor. The lobby has a free-use internet PC with a chargeable printer.
