Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests had negative experiences, especially with service—many arrived to find their confirmed bookings canceled or the hotel closed, with staff unhelpful or unreachable. Several reviews also mention poor cleanliness, such as dirty rooms and linens. However, a few guests appreciated the spacious rooms and felt the price was reasonable for what was offered. Some noted the location was convenient and praised the friendliness of certain staff members, but these positives were rare compared to the overall dissatisfaction.
