Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it convenient for sightseeing and access to local attractions. However, many reviews highlighted negative experiences with the service, particularly at the reception and during breakfast, citing unfriendliness and lack of helpfulness. Cleanliness was also a concern for some guests, with reports of unclean rooms and worn facilities. Additionally, several guests found the beds uncomfortable and the rooms smaller than expected. Overall, while the location is a strong positive, improvements in service, cleanliness, and comfort are needed.
