Pros (+) Great location . Very clean rooms .
Cons (-) We were very happy
Pros (+) Conveniently located in the center of downtown
Cons (-) Rooms are dated and a little damaged. View was horrible. Construction right outside was loud and made it difficult to get Ubers.
Pros (+) Nicely appointed, fully refurbished. Excellent service. Central business district.
Cons (-) While room decor was great, cleanliness was just OK. Gotta scrub those baseboards...
Cons (-) I only stayed 1 night but the hotel changed me 5 times parking fee and internet fee.
Pros (+) The location was fantastic, right in the heart of downtown! The room was clean and updated, and the staff was very friendly.
Cons (-) There was no fridge in the room, which is not a dealbreaker but it was kind of odd, and you have to pay for the wifi.
Pros (+) 1/2 block from orange line
Cons (-) Cold Chicago
Pros (+) The staff was courteous and friendly. Very helpful. The hotel was situated close to all the attractions we wanted to see. Museums, Grant Park, Giordano's.
Cons (-) Older hotel. It's starting to show it's age. Not the greatest selection of breakfast items. Either at the restaurant or room service.
Pros (+) I like the service at the front desk There were several employees at check in making sure no one is waiting. Rooms are excellent. They even upgraded me to a suite.
Cons (-) Their executive lounge was extremely crowded and service was very poor there. Food was not getting replenished in time.
Cons (-) air, food, location
