The hotel was very clean and the staff friendly.
The pillows were as hard as rocks! Next time I’ll bring my own.
The room was clean, comfortable, and most of the faculty were very friendly, helpful people. Very easy to get assistance when needed. Also within walking distance to Michigan st and other active parts of the city.
Its downtown chicago, so prices were high, but completely understandable. The car garage was a separate elevator, so there was a bit of walking to get from the room to the garage.
Very nice staff and great parking
Out refrigerator was in the middle of room and seemed out of place. For a suite it was set up poorly
Outdoor seating at decent restaurant. Bus line to downtown a short walk away.
