Easy check-in, very clean room, and very helpful to refund me with a booking error I made on a third party website. Very thankful!
Pros. Room was a good size and bed was very comfortable. Liked the bathroom being tucked into the corner, accessible but not in the way at all.
Cons. Carpet could have been cleaned. There was a ketchup spot under the desk (I didn’t have any) that was there prior to me and seemed like it needed a vacuuming.
Pros. The front desk lady was AMAZING.
Cons. Bigger shower
Cons. Toilet was broken upon checkin. Repairman was quick to fix it though which was excellent. It was expensive, but that was due to an event going on, which was understandable.
Pros. Not much.
Cons. They didn't have our room ready until 9 pm at night. Terrible!
Pros. I liked so much the staff there. Beginning with the management of sam
Cons. Actually the hotel is far from the activities and there is not enough public transportation from there to the main parts of the city except line 3. This is something to work about. In the breakfast buffet there is no eggs (fresh omelet) and when you ask it's take a lot of time.
Pros. Great service, very clean and comfy room.
Pros. Everyone from the door man to the front desk staff were very friendly. We received exceptional service.
Cons. I loved it
Pros. Got a great price for an amazing room. Good on premise restaurant. Easy access just off freeway, adjacent parking (pricey).
Cons. Parking should be free or subsidized for hotel guests.
