Need to improve on breakfast quality
Enough bathroom and cooking facilities. Breakfast was ok for the price you pay. Air conditioning working well.
The furniture inside the rooms could be renovated. Double bed in triple room was very small.10 mins walking distance to closest underground station
Staffs are awesome from front desk to the kitchen. Other guests are well mannered. I felt safe in my room:)
It was little too hard to find at first and it is quite a walk from the nearest train station but after few times I get used to it and enjoyed the walkway!
Loved the location. It is in the heart of Lincoln Park, an amazing neighborhood on the north side of the city. It’s a 10 minute walk to the ‘L’ (CTA red line). There are so many good options, Mexican, Irish pubs, basically anything. There is a nice free breakfast. I was there during Lollapalooza so there were tons of people in and out during my stay and all backpackers were very nice about being quiet when returning home. There were also lockers (with huge amount of room) to store your things. They also allow you to store your things (for a small fee) after check out which was nice!
Not that clean, the shared women’s bathroom for sure needs some love and DEEP clean. There was only one sink that kinda worked and one of the bathroom doors didn’t lock.
