the cleanliness, friendly and helpful staff to the location all perfect
Loved our room, which had a view of Millennium Park, big windows, comfy bed and pillows. Just love the design of the rooms...a vintage feel! The lobby is one of the best lobbies, we have come across. After dinner and jazz, we came back to the hotel and played a board game, that we brought, with our group. Always great customer service! We will be back for sure!
Room was well stocked. Bed was comfortable. Building was beautiful. There was so much to do IN the hotel, with the cold weather, it was nice to not have to leave the building to find good food.
There was no place in the bathroom to safely/securely place hair straightener, as a result, mine fell on the hard tile floor and shattered. :(
Love this hotel Can’t wait to come back Fernando at room service very helpful If I ever open a hotel I want him to work for me Every hotel needs employees like Fernando Congratulations!!
Great at accommodating my late check out time, friendly staff, great food and wonderful lobby.
Gets a bit crowded with non hotel guests in the evening and the music / overall atmosphere in the drawing room isn’t as relaxing as it would ideally be as a “drawing room”.
