There was a water leak in the bathroom ceiling and it was not a new leak based on the black mold growing around it. I told the front desk about it and the answer was “I will take note of it”. I am not one to complain and I was there for only two nights, so I didn’t make a big deal out of it and just placed towels under the leak, but I expected more from Hyatt. Pros (+) Location of hotel was great.
Cons (-) Food was overpriced for what you got. In room dining options were limited with very few light or healthy options. What they did have lacked creativity and freshness. A $40 breakfast should be both. Some staff were very friendly, others were cold and a bit too cool rather than service focused. Walls were thin and I could hear the elevator clunking loudly.

Pros (+) Service is some of the best in the industry. Placing hotels like W, and other botuques, even larger Four Season and that ilk, into the realm of service as imperious paridy. Returning in April with colleagues and clients from around the world for business meetings, fun, and knowledge that great service and an outstanding stay awaits.

Pros (+) Public spaces, vibe, decor, the radio in room.
Cons (-) The inability to do a normal load of laundry -- either by myself or by the pound -- they only offered laundry with rates like $5 per pair of underwear was a major hassle/shockingly overpriced. Rooms are pretty small and most face an old factory-type building, but that's no big deal.

Cons (-) Hated not having a tub , shower only . The room view was a metal structure and a concrete wall . The room was very small.
