Pros (+) The good part about this place is it's location. Because it's next to the historic center and a 10min walk from the nightlife, the rooms are quiet for a goodnight rest. This place is definitely a good price vs quality deal.
Cons (-) No breakfast, but there is no need for one when you have a fantastic café next door.
