The only king-sized bed was on the 3rd floor with no elevator. The other guests didn't seem to be interested in sleeping. The police came. They weren't quiet. Not a good experience. I won't be back.

Pros (+) Nothing at this point.
Cons (-) Customer service. No one was at the door at 2:30a.m. to let me in to check into my room. I ended up staying at another hotel nearby called My Place for a cheaper costs without a reservation. Because of this you still charged me for my room even though I could not get in to check in and now I may not get my money refunded for the room due to your poor customer service of not being available to open...

Pros (+) It was priced ok.
Cons (-) The carpet was highly stained to the point we wouldn't let our 7 year old granddaughter on the floor to play. We also chose to wear shoes when walking on the floor.
