Pros (+) The room was decently clean. Very old and needed an remodel but decently clean.
Cons (-) Upon arriving, there was a red ticket posted on the lobby window stating "STOP WORK; IN VIOLATION". That was obviously very unsettling, it looked as if the business had allowed an unlicensed contracto...
