Great location. Central to everything and easy access from the interstates. Nice area to walk your pets. Convenient parking to all rooms.
Staff, amenities and price for all the room offered. I wish I would have chosen this hotel when I stopped over in Cheyenne before.
Can't complain during this time but it was a little annoying that the breakfast bags were only offered 6-8 am on a weekend. The usual hours are 6-10 so not sure why when bags are easier that the time was so limited. I was a stay-over.
Had a weird smell when we entered the room. Staff was definitely not very thorough with cleaning as I found used bobby-pins and trash stuffed behind furniture.
Location and rate for one night are good. Morning checkout staff were friendly and apologetic.
There were 3 of us guests waiting and calling the hotel phone, for around 10mn to see someone come back to the empty front desk, for our evening checkin. The white king bed duvet was wrinkled with some pet hairs & black lint on it, which we took off and used our own blanket we thankfully had packed. Maybe the coronavirus was a strain on staff having more facilities cleaning on their plate, but the condition of our bed was sketchy, and at check in we were already told we had the last room and couldn’t move from 1st floor. We had no do not disturb sign in our room and asked staff at the desk for housekeeping to not disturb until 9:30am; they came and knocked at 9am. The tub has rust stains, as did a room we stayed in on a previous trip, so it’s time for some renovation.
The location. Bed was comfy.
Our room reeked of cats. It was almost overwhelming and overshadowed everything else. It’d be great if they’d offer pet-free rooms! For some of us, pet smells are as bad as cigarette smoke.
