Cons (-) Everything, The Lady said our rooms are 100% smoke free. Went room smelled like marijuana and smoke, sheets were stained, building was run down. Don't believe the pictures posted, they are a hoax. worst hotel ever.

Pros (+) From the moment we arrived, the staff was very polite, helpful, and checking in was a breeze! Once getting into room, we were blown away by the cleanliness, modernized atmosphere of the room, amenities provided, and comfort of the room a together.

Pros (+) I had a terrible experience. The staff was anything but nice. This was the third night I stayed in a week. The staff member that I found to be the most disturbing was the head honcho of the laundry room. Cons (-) The heat sucked, tough time keeping the temp warm in the room, and the people they stayed were noisy after 1am.

Pros (+) The staff was friendly, the room was clean and it satisfied our needs for being there one night. There was a courtesy call as we were still moving in so we didn't have time to have questions as our bags were still on our shoulders. We appreciated the call.
Cons (-) We had four people to a room and only two towels were provided. The refrigerator was loud and made a lot of noise. The coffee was undrinkable. If this was an extended stay we would have made other plans but since it was for just one night we made due.
