Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the hotel's prime location, especially for shopping and proximity to major attractions, as a major advantage. While some guests found the rooms spacious and clean, many reviews express dissatisfaction with cleanliness, citing issues with hygiene, bed linens, towels, and the presence of mosquitoes. Service is also a common concern, with several guests reporting unfriendly staff, slow response to requests, and inconsistent facility maintenance. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel is considered convenient for short stays and offers good value for its location. Some positive remarks mention helpful staff and a peaceful atmosphere.
