It was overall excellent> I was to pick the car up at 10:00 am and at approximately 9:40 I received a call stating there was no vehicle available. 3 vans had not come back when due and the car I was scheduled for (Dodge Durango. ) had been recalled. I explained I needed that size of the vehicle as I was traveling with 2 other instructors and we needed to load a lot of equipment that would never fit in a regular SUV. I was willing to pick up a larger vehicle in Halifax but needed a rental to get there and then pick up the instructors. The staff made several calls and came up with a plan that did not exceed the price we had booked and by 11:00 I was on the road to Halifax. The exchange went well and I was able to return the second vehicle to Kentville once we returned two days later from Cape Breton. I appreciated everything they did to help us get on the road in time and in a vehicle that would work. Excellent customer service.

Called to confirm pick-up 30min prior and was told they had no cars and my reservation was cancelled. No alternative. No assistance to resolve. Nothing. They claim they were not able to get my contact information from 3rd party booking agent... Kayak (who seem to have outsourced to Expedia?). Complete mess. Called Enterprise head office. Nice person on phone - lots of "I'll have regional manager phone you" etc. Nothing. Absolutely no one cares and there's no consequence. One of very few rental places in this area. Avoid them if at all possible. In fact, avoid Kayak for this sort of thing, too. Everything was a total screw up.
