I liked the way the transaction was handled. Very professional. However there is need to be checking the cars once they are returned. Like the one I took, guess it had just been returned and had not had some mechanical checks done on it. There was some instability in the front wheels and had to hold the steering real firm the whole time I was driving.

There was no car available and would not be . Staff was not helpful in obtaining a new car at any other rental. We were lucky that our friends helped to obtain a different car but at a higher cost at snuffed car rental. This was prepaid and I had to go through loops to find out how and who to contact. I called Hertz first and was directed to Expedia and got a rude lady who said she couldn't refund on my Credit card and wanted another one or my checking account number. Sounded very suspicious so called another Expedia number who said the rental actually was through CarRentals and gave us the contact. number. They are still working on the refund.
