The people in Wheeling were very nice but the car was not clean and they didn’t do a walk through to look at the condition of the car. My company offers a discount but that wasn’t applied. Returned 15 hours early with full tank (only required 1/2 tank) and no discount for that either.10,0 Wonderful

I rent from Enterprise all over the US and have never had an issue. The cars are always clean, well taken care of, and run smoothly. The staff is always very accommodating. Unfortunately at Steubenville's location I didn't have a normal Enterprise experience. The car's "maintenance required" light was on. I went back in and told them before departing the lot. I was told it's fine and to ignore it. The car did run fine but the light was nerve wracking. The car smelled like smoke and rotten milk, there were stains on the seats, and crumbs in the car. When I asked about another car, I was told there weren't any. I'll continue to rent from Enterprise, but likely not from Steubenville.Thrifty

I made a last minute reservation and called office to confirm. The person who answered said it would ready at noon, but when I arrived, the same person I spoke with said there was no car available. I ended up going to Enterprise. A waste of my time. Why make a reservation and confirm, when there are no cars available? After I was informed that there are absolutely no cars, I checked Kayak again and it still showed a plethora of options.9,2 Wonderful

Pros:
The Rav4 was excellent easy pick up and drop off. Clean and great ride, and they threw in free sat radio. Kia soul lacked power and front driver seat is not comfortable. Get your own insurance and gas and Hertz is fine. Plus recommend AAA discount.Cons:
