Staff was great.Car didn’t have great pickup on highways. It would be great if Enterprise could have the front windshield attachments for ez pass transponders. It’s impossible to use your personal transponder without it being attached to the windshield especially in Massachusetts.

When I returned the car in Paramus, everything was also quick and easy, and the associates gave excellent customer service. The best part: filling up my tank cost $12. When I returned my car less than full to Hertz, they charged me $10/gallon for the filling -- on TOP of the charge for the actual gas. Never again Hertz. Always Enterprise from now on!!

Great Price SuburbanYou couldn’t beat the price!!The Checy Suburban I got had close to 40,000 miles on it usually when I Rent-A-Car it will have very very very little miles but this one had a rough 40,000. I don’t know if the truck was abused or if most Chevys run that way at 40,000 miles but for the price I paid I didn’t complain !

Service and pricesFast Service, I complained to the customer service they was excellent and understandable.Car was not clean we got it after the other customer drop it off right away, Prices changed completely than kayak they add more and more fees and taxes.

Read the fine printthe ease of use on the app.The New York Tri state ban on debit card use for rental is a joke. I completely understand as a company Hertz is well within their rights to have such a policy but the very least they could do is put the policy in writing on the website. I arrived for my scheduled pick up time at 5:30 pm only to be told that even though it was good enough to hold the car I cannot use my debit card for the actual rental. Fortunately Enterprise in Westwood had no problem taking my business and any future rentals.
