The rental car was a perfect choice.Cons:
Dropping off of the vehicle was not what I have experienced with other rentals. The lady at the pick-up and drop off was not the most helpful at all. Could have assisted me in a better way and also when I called the 1-800 number agent could have been a better representative of your company. With out going into this further I probably will select a different company.8,0 Very Good

Service was terrible. They staff was extremely rude. Car broke during our trip to New Hampshire. It was 7 degrees outside. We were over charged for damage to the vehicle that we did not cause. When I went to pick up the car the guy behind the front desk was more interested in watching tv and getting off early then helping me get the paperwork and car pick up( pick up was at 1700 and they are open till 1800)When I got the keys and was doing a walk around the clerk was already out the door and zooming off in his personal vehicle. The rental wasn't cleaned that well, there was trash and receipts from the previous driver. When I dropped the car off one of their people jumped in the rental and left before I could go over the car with them.2,0 Poor
